Senior Thesis

To earn a degree with distinction from the University of Delaware, senior undergraduate students spend a year engaged in original research and writing a document equivalent to a master’s thesis. Many begin research in their sophomore or junior year, and their senior thesis is the capstone of the research experience. Many of these will lead to official publications, conferences, and other professional distinctions within a student’s field of work.
